ROCK ON, GENGHIS KHAN: Daniel Harlow is a recent graduate of Pratt NYC (2010). During an internship with Status Hat Productions in 2009, he created 15 pages of pen-and-ink drawings to illustrate a chapter of our rock opera, "Rock On, Genghis Khan!", which can be viewed on our site here in digital format.
We were thrilled to work with Daniel, and excited to see where his work and life take him next, and hope to see much more of his art in many interesting places! And perhaps we'll have an opportunity to work with him again in the future!
You can view more of his work at www.danielkharlow.com
STORYHOUSE & RAT ON A MONORAIL: Francis recently received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation and Illustration from SUNY Fredonia (2010). Before graduating, he contacted Status Hat while exploring potential internship opportunities, and we were happy to include one of his animations, "BAHAY" in the May, 2010 issue of Status Hat: PLACE as it not only spoke beautifully to that theme, it also demonstrated something we are very interested in here: working creativity. Francis has since created the STORYHOUSE logo, and illustrations for our works in development, such as RAT ON A MONORAIL. Stay tuned, as these works emerge in the coming the weeks!

STORYHOUSE & RAT ON A MONORAIL: Mary Rynasko is currently a Studio Art major at Skidmore College, in New York state, with a 2011 anticipated graduation. We were happy Mary found us while she was exploring internship and art opportunities before Status Hat moved to Charlottesville, VA in spring of 2010, as she is an inspired artist who skillfully knows how to apply her imagination. Mary has been helping us bring RAT (Raymond Arthur Tailman of "RAT on a Monorail") to life over the last several weeks. Stay tuned, as more of these works emerge into digital and other forms! You can see more of Mary's work on her blog: http://marynasko.blogspot.com.
In addition, Allison Geller & Chelsea Henderson have been assisting with editorial and publication development of Status Hat's Storyhouse. And some of our projects, such as "Rock On..." have their own backstory, so in addition to those already credited onsite, we'll be posting some additional chapters and materials that have been created in the past.
